1. All items sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.

2. Prices are fixed, thus non-negotiable.

3. Payment has to be made before delivery of items. Reservation is opened for 48 hours and payment has to be made within 48 hours. Items will be reopened to the public if payment has not been made.

4. We held no responsibilities for any damages and losses incurred during the course of delivery. However, items sent out will be in its best condition, this we guarantee you!

5. Back outs will not be tolerated. We appreciate it if you let us know within 4 hours after confirmation.

6. Items on display may vary due to lightning and other reasons. However, we will try our best to make sure it looks exactly the same in reality.
